We ask all clients to refrain from updating any of these themselves. This is because we test updates before running them. If you update them, we have no way of properly troubleshooting any issues that arise.

At ThriveWP, we run a backup of your whole site before we run any updates. We will, in some cases, also test the update on a staging site if we know it’s potentially going to cause issues or errors.
