When you subscribe to a service from ThriveWP, you get a client account which gives you access to our client portal. The client portal is where you can manage everything to do with your account, from subscriptions to invoices and support tickets.
To manage your subscription, simply login to the client portal here. https://clients.thrivewp.com/login
- Navigate to subscriptions in the menu.
- Click on the subscription you want to manage.
- Now click the three dots at the top right.
You now have a few options. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan, update the card linked to the subscription or cancel your subscription. If you want to cancel, we would ask that you contact us first as there is often something we can do to help, but also it helps us improve our services if there is a particular reason you are planning to cancel.
